Fred Sears

Fred Sears serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Blue Mountain Enterprises since February 2021, overseeing financial operations for new single-family detached communities in the Greater Sacramento Area and Central Valley. Previously, Sears held the position of Director of Finance at Richmond American Homes from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included business planning and financial reporting. Earlier roles include VP Finance/Controller at K. Hovnanian Homes, Controller at Standard Pacific Homes, and CFO positions at ID Marketing, Inc., Nor Cal Beverage, and K-Designers. Sears began a career at Grossmans Warehouse as Controller and spent several years as a Senior Supervising Auditor at Ernst & Young. A graduate of California State University-Sacramento with a BS in Business Administration, Sears brings extensive expertise in financial management, business planning, and operational analysis across various industries.
