Andrea B. began their work experience in 2015 as a Therapeutic Recreation Director at UPMC. Andrea held this position until 2019. In 2019, they joined BAYADA Home Health Care as a Recruiting Manager and remained in this role until 2021. Currently, Andrea is working as a Talent Specialist at Blue Mountain Quality Resources, where they are responsible for coordinating calibration and maintenance management in one integrated system, ensuring GMP compliance.
