Lisa Bowman

Lisa Bowman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lisa started their career in 1995 as the Director of Enforcement at Westmoreland County and held this position until 2000. In 2000, they joined Blue Mountain as the Director of Office Management and remained in this role until 2021. During their time at Blue Mountain, Lisa also served as the Director of People, Culture and Community from 2021 to 2023. Lisa then advanced to the role of Executive Director of People, Culture, and Community, Chief of Staff, a position they currently hold.
