Rachita Sharma (she/her) has a long and varied work experience. Rachita began their career in 2013 as a Campaign Coordinator for Leaders for Tomorrow, a youth movement for social development. In 2015, they worked as a Social Media Marketing Analyst for Greymeter, a platform connecting corporate with university students. Rachita also worked as a Columnist for Tripoto, a platform for sharing and discovering travel stories, and as a Marketing Associate for Zoofler, a platform connecting people from different backgrounds. In 2017, they became the Regional Chairperson for ALL Ladies League, the largest networking chain for women. Finally, in 2018, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Girl Power Talk, an organization dedicated to empowering young women.

Rachita Sharma has a Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc Mathematical Sciences from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing & Finance from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Rachita also holds certifications from HubSpot and Oracle Academy @ KhNURE, including Content Marketing Certified, Database Design and Programming with PL/SQL, and Inbound Certified.
