Andrew O'Brien

President And Chief Operating Officer at Blue Ocean Contact Centers

Andrew O'Brien has had a long career in the contact center industry. Andrew started in 1997 at Corporatel (now Blue Ocean), where they served as VP Corporatel West until 2000. Andrew then moved on to become VP of Operations at Corporatel, where they stayed until 2003. In 2003, Andrew joined Blue Ocean Contact Centers, initially as the Senior VP of Business Development, and later transitioning into the role of President and Chief Operating Officer in 2011.

Andrew O'Brien earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Finance from Saint Mary's University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Andrew then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Dalhousie University, from 1982 to 1984.
