Allen Hill

Allen Hill is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Blue Origin since December 2025, Allen has previously held significant positions such as Sr. Staff Mechanical Engineer at Klein Tools and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Velentium Medical, where contributions included medical equipment design and prototyping. Allen's background encompasses roles at Elbit Systems of America, Smart Drone, Lockheed Martin, Ascendant Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain Resources Group, and Flex, demonstrating a strong track record in new product introduction, military applications, and consumer products.
