Austin Spagnolo

Austin Spagnolo is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in mission design, trajectory optimization, and structural analysis within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Mission Design Engineer III for Blue Origin since November 2019, Austin has contributed to lunar vehicle missions and ground navigation systems. Previous roles at Blue Origin included trajectory analysis for various space vehicles and structural analysis in engine development. Prior to Blue Origin, Austin held engineering positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Belcan, and Craig Technologies, focusing on structural analysis and design for aerospace applications. Austin holds a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science Fundamentals at Seattle University.
