Derrick Shaw, PhD, MBA, MPhil, SSGB, is a seasoned manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in product design, process improvement, and organizational development. They have held positions such as Wire Harness Fabrication Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Blue Origin since 2022, and have previously contributed to major companies including Boeing, GE Healthcare, and Electrolux. Derrick has also served as an adjunct professor of Business and Management at various institutions, where they taught courses in subjects such as operations management and organizational behavior. With a strong background in engineering and management, Derrick has consistently driven process improvements and efficiencies across multiple sectors.
