Farnoud Jalalizadeh

Farnoud Jalalizadeh is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the design and engineering of mechanical systems, primarily in the field of battery technology and advanced product development. Currently serving as a Battery Mechanical Engineer III at Blue Origin since October 2024, Farnoud previously held the position of Head of Mechanical Engineering at Microvast, where leadership encompassed managing a team, overseeing product design for high voltage lithium-ion batteries, and improving build quality and automated assembly processes. With substantial expertise gained at E-ONE in designing innovative fire trucks and proficient use of tools such as PTC Creo, Rulestream, and CAD software, Farnoud has a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and engineering methodologies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Azad University.
