Guy Brendan Kayne

Guy Brendan Kayne is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in fluid systems and propulsion design. Currently serving as a Fluid Systems Engineer at Blue Origin since May 2022, Guy manages the GS2 Environmental Control Systems as the Responsible Engineer, overseeing system architecture trade studies and the release of numerous drawings. Prior experience includes a role as a Propulsion Systems Design Engineer at United Launch Alliance from June 2013 to April 2022, leading the tank vent system design for the Centaur V Upper Stage. Guy has also worked on propulsion system approval for the Sierra Nevada Dreamchaser at Productive Data Solutions and contributed to the design of mechanical support equipment for the Orion Crew Multipurpose Vehicle at Lockheed Martin. Earlier professional experience includes a chemical engineering role at Petronyx Consulting Engineers, where Guy supported the reconstruction of facilities after Hurricane Katrina. Guy Brendan Kayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
