Jeff Monheiser

Jeff Monheiser is a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, and testing complex propulsion systems. They began their career as a Research Scientist at Busek, developing automation for high vacuum facilities, and later progressed to roles such as Project Engineering Specialist at Aerojet and Engineering Manager at Aerojet - Redmond, where they implemented significant improvements in product verification testing. Currently, they serve as Principal Engineer - Electric Propulsion at BLUE ORIGIN, focusing on innovative software applications. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
