Matthew Prescher

Matthew Prescher is an experienced Environmental Health Safety Engineer, currently holding the position of Environmental Health Safety Engineer III at Blue Origin since May 2022. Prior roles at Blue Origin include Environmental Health Safety Engineer II and Safety Specialist. Prior to Blue Origin, Matthew worked at SpaceX as an EHS Technician and at Capgemini as a Data Analyst, where responsibilities included risk assessment and data infrastructure development. As an Independent Contractor, Matthew provided consulting services in environmental health and safety, conducting safety audits and accident investigations. Additionally, Matthew served as a Safety Technician at Professional Directional, focusing on safety culture and compliance. Matthew Prescher holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Management and Analytics from Western Governors University and an Associate’s Degree in Safety Compliance from Texas State Technical College Waco.
