Mihir Kamble is an emerging aerospace professional with substantial experience in software development and control algorithms. Currently serving as an Autonomous Systems Intern at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Mihir is focused on designing and testing control algorithms for hypersonic reentry vehicles. Previous positions include a Software Intern at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where software performance testing was a primary responsibility, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, developing a lunar navigation algorithm. Additionally, Mihir has considerable leadership experience as the Flight Software Lead at Texas Spacecraft Laboratory, guiding the development of embedded flight software for a cube satellite mission, and as a Flight Software Intern at CACI International Inc. Mihir's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
