Richard Rogers

Richard Rogers, PE, currently serves as the Senior Operations Program Manager at Blue Origin, managing operations for various support shops involved in the New Glenn program. With a diverse background in project management and engineering, Richard has previously held roles including Senior Technical Project Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Blue Origin, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating multi-discipline teams and overseeing production capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager Ground Support Equipment at RS&H, where Richard directed multimillion-dollar projects for launch vehicle support, and as Flight Test Engineer at L-3 Coleman Aerospace, focusing on missile launch operations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.
