Skyra Rideaux is an experienced organizational strategy leader specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) within the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently, as Director of Inclusive People Systems and DEIA at Blue Origin, Skyra leads enterprise-wide transformation efforts impacting various business units. Previously, Skyra served as a Principal Consultant at Skyra Rideaux LLC, focusing on people strategy for Fortune 500 clients and federal agencies, and also held significant roles at NASA, Amazon, and in public sector organizations. Through the delivery of over 30 keynotes on topics such as AI ethics and sustainability, and extensive experience in shaping inclusive systems, Skyra has proven to be a transformative force in fostering equity and innovation across diverse fields.
