Charlotte Shropshire

Charlotte Shropshire is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing investor relations and capital formation within the private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Blue Owl Capital since November 2024, Charlotte previously held key positions, including Head of Investor Relations at Menlo Ventures, Managing Director of SVB Capital at Silicon Valley Bank, and Partner in Marketing and Investor Relations at Sofinnova Investments. With a strong focus on life sciences and technology funds, Charlotte also founded Charlotte Shropshire Consulting, specializing in marketing and investor relations. Earlier career roles included leadership positions at Sanderling Ventures, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. Charlotte holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Government and Art History from Dartmouth College.
