Jesse Hom

Jesse Hom is a financial executive with extensive experience in real estate investment and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director, CIO of Real Estate, and Head of Real Estate Finance at Blue Owl Capital since June 2024, Jesse previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate Credit and Capital Markets at GIC from September 2008 to June 2024. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
