Karl Eckman

Karl Eckman, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Karl started their career as an Investment Management Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2009 and 2010. Karl then worked as an Audit Intern at R.S. Abrams & Co. LLP in 2011. In 2012, they joined KPMG as an Audit Associate and later became a Senior Audit Associate. Karl transitioned to J.P. Morgan in 2015, where they served as AVP - Alternative Fund Services. In 2018, they joined Owl Rock Capital as a Senior Associate and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are a part of the Blue Owl Capital team, initially joining as the Vice President, BDC Assistant Controller in 2021 and later moving to the role of Principal, BDC Controller in 2023.
