Nausheen Kaul

Nausheen Kaul is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director of Portfolio Operations at Blue Owl Capital since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nausheen held the position of Chief Transformation Officer and was a member of the Executive Committee at Employbridge from October 2024 to July 2025, and at The Better Being Co. from February 2023 to October 2024.
