Jason Laduke

Jason LaDuke currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations at Stellex Capital Management, a position held since 2025. Previously, Jason held various leadership roles, including Operating Council Chair at Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment, Arrow International, Inc., Mad Engine Global, LLC., Livingston International, United Site Services, Orbit, and JM Swank, a Brenntag Company, demonstrating extensive experience in portfolio operations and management across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, food distribution, and electronic equipment. Earlier in Jason's career, valuable expertise was gained at Platinum Equity as Managing Director overseeing a $1.5 billion Small Cap Fund. Jason holds an AB in Economics and Government from Harvard University and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
