Tracy Poulter Hart

Tracy Poulter Hart has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Tracy is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Owl Capital since April 2021. Prior to this, Tracy worked at York Capital Management for ten years, holding the position of Managing Director and Director of HR. Tracy started their career at UBS in 1997, where they served as the Executive Director - HR Business Partner and Americas Regional Head of HR for Operations, CEO, COO, and Latin America until 2011. Tracy also gained experience at J.P. Morgan as an Associate in the HR department from 1990 to 1995.

Tracy Poulter Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Western Connecticut State University.
