Javier C.

Javier C. has a diverse work experience that spans across several industries and positions. Javier started their career in 2007 as a Team Leader at Sutherland Global Services. Javier then moved on to Block Networks, where they worked as a Software Analyst from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, they worked on the TERNIUM project at ITESM as a Clean Cookstove Inventor, focusing on designing and developing a steel cookstove for rural communities.

From 2012 to 2014, Javier worked at PMP Grupo as a Project Manager and Cost Engineer. Javier then joined Metalsa in 2014 as an Especialista en Mantenimiento y Automatización, where they specialized in maintenance and automation. At Metalsa, they held roles such as Automation Specialist and Planned & Preventive Maintenance Coordinator, where they implemented best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance, developed strategies to meet PM goals, and ensured data integrity of the plant's spare parts system.

In 2017, Javier joined Blue People as a Business Analyst and later became the COO, with their tenure at the company starting in April and December respectively. Currently, they are employed at Exatec Houston as a Secretary, starting in April 2023. Overall, Javier has demonstrated a wide range of skills and expertise in different roles and industries throughout their career.

Javier C. pursued their education from 2008 to 2014 at the Tecnológico de Monterrey where they earned a degree in Ingeniería mecánica. Alongside their degree, Javier also obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they received certifications in "AUDITORÍAS INTERNAS EN SISTEMAS DE CALIDAD" and "INTERPRETACIÓN DE LA NORMA ISO 9001:2008" from COMITÉ NACIONAL DE PRODUCTIVIDAD E INNOVACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA, A.C. Furthermore, in 2018 they obtained a certification as a "Professional Scrum Master" from Scrum.org. More recently, in November 2020, they obtained the "Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
