Ben Widmer

Ben Widmer is a Product Manager at Blue Planet Energy, a position they have held since October 2017. Prior to that, they were an Integration and Applications Engineer at SimpliPhi Power, Inc. from January 2010 to October 2017. Ben has also held positions at TC Electronic and Blue Microphones. At Blue Microphones, they served as Purchasing Manager and Logistics and Product Support. Ben is responsible for interfacing with suppliers and production, sourcing parts, and generally learning something or ten somethings everyday. Prior to that, they were responsible for product assembly and testing, shipping and logistics, product support, and trade shows. Ben has also worked as a studio engineer in house.

Ben Widmer's educational career includes studying audio recording techniques for film and studio at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, as well as music audio and recording technology at Collin College.

They work with Harriette Davidson - Office Manager, Buren Shen - Accounting Manager, and Lori Ann Saunders - Regional Sales Manager - Hawaii. Ben Widmer reports to Christopher Johnson, Chief Executive Officer.
