Jody Powell is the Customer Support Manager at Blue Planet Energy. Jody has over six years of customer service experience, including four years in the renewable energy industry. Jody has a strong background in technical support and product troubleshooting. Jody has also developed policies and procedures for external field service.
Jody Powell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in University Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Jody also received certification from the Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership (OMEP) in Lean Fundamentals, from NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in NABCEP Entry Level, and from Wilderness Medical Associates International in Wilderness First Responder.
