Dan Myers

Dan Myers has a strong background in supply chain management and procurement. Dan currently holds the role of VP of Supply Chain & Strategic Growth at Blue Raven Solar, where they oversee all sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and supply chain operations functions. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director of Supply Chain at the same company.

Before joining Blue Raven Solar, Dan was a Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant at Clean Energy Associates (CEA), where they helped optimize solar supply chains for various clients. Dan conducted contract reviews and negotiations, re-engineered supply chains, and ran strategy reviews and assessments.

Dan also has experience as a Senior Sourcing Manager at Pure Storage, where they were responsible for sourcing strategies and supplier relationships. Dan worked as the Director of Planning at Sunrun, overseeing the integration of Procurement and Supply Chain teams after their acquisition of Vivint Solar.

At Vivint Solar, Dan held multiple roles, including Director of Procurement, Logistics, & Corporate Supply Chain, and Senior Manager of Procurement & Logistics. Dan led the growth of Vivint Solar's procurement function, saved millions of dollars on equipment costs, and managed supply chain activities with their majority shareholder, Blackstone.

Before their career in supply chain management, Dan worked for Adobe as a Global Negotiations Leader and Strategic Sourcing Specialist. Dan negotiated high-value contracts and drove process improvement initiatives impacting a large number of employees and customers.

Dan began their career as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State.

Dan Myers completed their Bachelor's degree in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic from Brigham Young University in 2004. Dan then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, which they completed in 2011.
