Jess Heck

Jess Heck is currently working as the Director of Strategic Program Support Navy at Blue Raven Solutions. Prior to this, Jess worked at Noble as a Business Development Manager in the Aerospace sector. Before transitioning to the private sector, Jess served as the Administration Manager at Leadership Southern Maryland. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Virginia Wesleyan University.
