Previously, as President of Workplace Development from September 2001 to February 2023, Jim Bado led efforts in ESOP education and consulting, connecting employee performance with organizational success. Earlier consulting experience at Ownership Development from June 1994 to January 2001 further contributed to Jim Bado's expertise in the field. Jim Bado holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in History and Political Science from Kent State University.
