Kevin Rusch

Kevin Rusch is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and client services. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates since February 2014, Rusch previously held the position of Director at ESOP Partners from September 2010 to August 2013. Rusch's career began at Principal Financial Group, where Rusch progressed through various roles, including Manager of Client Services and Senior Financial Accounting Leader, from January 2003 to September 2010. Prior experience at BCI Group spanned from September 1995 to December 2002, where Rusch served in roles such as Controller and Plan Administration Manager. Rusch earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business between 1991 and 1995.
