Claude Henson

Claude Henson has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources, spanning over several decades. Claude began their career as the Manager of Organizational Development at Dominion Bankshares in 1985 and held this position until 1992. From 1997 to 2004, Claude worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Atlantic Mutual Companies. Claude then joined Virtual IT, Inc. in 2003 as a Recruiter/Human Resources Consultant, where they managed staffing services and provided HR consulting to internal and external clients until 2007. Claude's most recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare, starting in November 2007. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all HR functions and served as a senior advisor to management and staff regarding HR issues.

Claude Henson earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Claude completed their education at this institution from 1980 to 1985.
