Sharon Davis, FHFMA

Sharon Davis, FHFMA, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sharon began their career as the Director of Managed Care at Stellaris Health Network, where they managed all aspects of the managed care initiative. Sharon then moved on to become the Vice President of Finance & Managed Care, where they initiated improvements and successfully tackled corporate challenges within accounting, payroll, and budgetary functions.

In 2013, Sharon became the President & CEO of Stellaris Health Network, transitioning the organization to a Shared Services Organization and overseeing daily operations. Sharon also directed a team of administrative and clinical staff, along with outsourced IT professionals.

After leaving Stellaris Health Network in 2018, Sharon worked as a Consultant at SML Healthcare Consulting before joining Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare in 2019. At Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare, they first served as the Managed Care Contract Administrator, maintaining contractual relationships with payers and health plans and overseeing contract compliance. Sharon then took on the role of Revenue Cycle Director, leading the overall strategy and optimization of revenue cycle operations.
