Wesley M. Stallings

Chief Financial Officer at Blue Ridge Companies

As the Chief Financial Officer of Blue Ridge Companies, Wes is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial related activities of the company. In addition, Wes is actively involved in the oversight of key phases of Blue Ridge’s deal structuring including initial acquisition, development, financing, construction, and property management. To date, Wes has worked extensively with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD and other major institutions to facilitate approximately $350 million of permanent, non-recourse financing for Blue Ridge’s development projects.

Prior to coming to Blue Ridge, Wes spent 17 years as a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Partner with the Bernard Robinson & Company, LLP, where he was responsible for handling tax-related services to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses that were primarily active in the construction and real estate industry.

Wes is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and his Master’s Degree in Accounting.
