Charles Searight

Charles Searight has extensive work experience in various management consulting and technology leadership roles. Charles is currently a Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners, a renowned firm that specializes in helping companies accelerate profitable revenue growth. Prior to this, Charles was a Managing Partner at Vector Growth Partners and Spark Partners. Charles also served as a Sr. Partner at C-Change Corp., where they focused on strategy, process, and technology architecture consulting for insurance carriers. Charles has also held leadership positions at Canopy International, AT&T Solutions, Unisys, and Accenture, where they had global responsibilities and contributed to the growth and success of these organizations.

Charles Searight earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in 1973 and later obtained an MS in the same field from the same institution in 1974.
