Rich Phillips

Rich Phillips is a seasoned professional in investment banking and technology management, currently serving as Managing Director at Blue River Financial Group since August 2021, where responsibilities include advising clients on Mergers & Acquisitions and coordinating due diligence. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at PatientNOW, Rich led initiatives to enhance revenue and operational performance in preparation for an exit-through-acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with the CEO. In a prior role as Managing Partner at ServingIntel, Rich established a new territory and managed P&L while leading a sales and implementation team. Rich began their career at Retail Data Systems, where a successful tenure as Account Executive led to a promotion to Director of Operations, overseeing large-scale implementations and leading a team. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from ITT Technical College.
