Rachel Servatius

Rachel Servatius serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Blue River PetCare since November 2021, focusing on the drafting and negotiation of acquisition documents, managing deal processes, and overseeing the implementation of automated employment agreements. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Duane Morris LLP where Rachel advised lender clients on loan facilities, managed deal processes, and drafted documents for M&A transactions. Prior legal internships provided experience in corporate and real estate law, with positions at Mayer Brown LLP and the Illinois Appellate Court. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame.
