Frank Basker

Frank Basker possesses extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development, currently serving at Blue River Technology since January 2020. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Apple from March 2016 to January 2020, and before that, Frank was an Engineering Manager at Telenav, leading a team specializing in high performance 3D graphics software for mobile and automotive navigation. Frank's earlier experience includes serving as Software Engineering Team Lead at Garmin International and as a Senior Software Engineer at Motorola, focusing on automotive navigation software and server-based navigation software development, respectively. Frank holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble, completed between 1994 and 1996.
