Joelle Dowling

Joelle Dowling is a skilled electrical engineer with a strong background in systems integration and testing. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer at Blue River Technology since July 2021, Joelle has previously worked as a Systems Test Engineer in the same company. Joelle's academic experience includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University. Throughout the educational journey, Joelle held various roles, including Student Researcher on a remote sensing project in collaboration with NASA Goddard, Learning Assistant for Introduction to Digital Signal Processing, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Engineering Electronics. Additional internships at Centro de Electrónica Industrial and Korea University Power and Energy Lab provided valuable research experience. Joelle also demonstrated leadership as a Fundraising Coordinator and Sales Associate for Warren County Habitat for Humanity.
