Kurt Yeager

Kurt Yeager has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kurt began their career in 1987 at Apple, where they served as a Senior Manager in Global Support Operations and Planning. During their time at Apple, they played a key role in implementing the AppleCare Service Repair Program and contributed to the planning and implementation of new distribution and logistics systems.

After their tenure at Apple, Kurt joined SGI as a Senior Manager of Professional Services Strategy and Planning from 1994 to 1996. Kurt then moved on to Rohner & Associates, where they worked as a Principal Consultant from 1997 to 2002. At Rohner & Associates, they contributed to channel strategy and consulting projects.

From 2002 to 2006, Kurt worked at Avaya as the Director of Global Channel Strategy and Programs. Kurt played a leadership role in shaping the company's channel strategy and program initiatives.

In 2006, Kurt embarked on their entrepreneurial journey and founded StreamLife, Inc. As the Founder and CEO, they were responsible for leading the company and its operations.

From 2007 to 2015, Kurt returned to Rohner & Associates, this time as a Principal Consultant focusing on channel strategy projects.

In 2015, Kurt joined VMware, where they served as the Director of Channel Sales Operations and Analytics. In this role, they led a global team in driving partner revenue growth through operational support and applied Lean Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Kurt's next role was at Wind River, where they worked as the Senior Director of Product Operations and Engineering Program Management from 2020 to 2022. Kurt led the Product Operations and Engineering Program Management team, implementing scaled agile principles and optimizing processes to support the product development life cycle.

Most recently, in 2023, Kurt joined Blue Robotics as a Business Development Manager. This role is their current position, focusing on developing and managing business opportunities for the company.

Kurt Yeager holds an MBA in Applied Management from San Jose State University. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College. Additionally, they have obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from 6sigmastudy and the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
