Josephine McClain

Josephine McClain is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the catering and repair industries. Currently serving as the Repair Sales Manager at Blue Science since November 2021, Josephine is responsible for purchasing, selling, and scheduling equipment repairs. Prior to this role, Josephine worked as the Catering Sales Manager at Hard Eight BBQ from April 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities included the initiation and development of catering sales, as well as planning and coordinating events with a focus on exceptional customer service. Josephine began the career as a Catering Coordinator at Blue Mesa Grill from June 2012 to April 2017, executing various corporate and private events across the DFW Metroplex. Josephine pursued education at Collin College from 2011 to 2012.
