Annelise Thompson

Annelise Thompson is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center since February 2023 and at Blue Sea Educational Consulting, Inc. since March 2022, where Annelise also serves as the Director of Occupational and Physical Therapy. Previously, Annelise held the position of District Occupational Therapist at Brentwood Union Free School District from November 2016 to March 2022 and worked as an Occupational Therapist at The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing from June 2015 to October 2017. Annelise holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Stony Brook School of Health Professions.
