Joselle Ho

Joselle Ho is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience research and product design within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of UX Research & Product Design at Blue Shield of California since May 2014, Joselle has been instrumental in driving innovative design solutions across web and mobile platforms, emphasizing problem-solving in healthcare. Previously recognized with the 2019 CEO recognition award for a Shared Decision Making initiative, Joselle has also held positions as Sr. Manager, Creative Lead, and Sr. UI Designer at the same organization. Joselle's diverse background includes co-founding Miso Media, leading UX design at various agencies, and contributing as a freelance designer and illustrator in music and media projects. Joselle holds a BFA in Illustration from ArtCenter College of Design and has a rich educational background from multiple institutions, reflecting a strong foundation in creative arts and design.
