Julie Rini

Julie Rini has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Performance at Blue Shield of California since April 2017. Prior roles at Blue Shield include Principal and Consultant in Strategic Planning and Performance, as well as Lead Project Manager. Prior to that, Rini worked at Health Net from June 2006 to March 2017, advancing from Contract Analyst to Manager of Business Analysis. Early career experience includes a position as a Pharmacy Assistant at Kaiser Permanente from June 2002 to June 2006. Rini holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, Rini has completed a Leadership Development Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management and earned a Lean Leader Certificate from BMGI in 2016.
