Karen Lester

Karen Lester has extensive experience in administrative and client services roles across various organizations. Currently, Karen serves as the Lead Administrative Assistant at Blue Shield of California since December 2013. As a Partner and Client Services Director at 15Kv Design since January 2010, responsibilities include promoting artist Vince Alcouloumre's contemporary sculpture. Karen has also volunteered as a Tour Guide and Group Coordinator for San Francisco City Guides since April 2005, leading walking tours in the Castro neighborhood and Japanese Tea Garden. Previous roles include Director of Client Services and Executive Assistant at Marbridge Group, Special Projects Administrator at St. Anthony Foundation Free Medical Clinic, Operations Consultant and Vice President at SNK Realty Group, and Assistant Director at the Advertising Club of Los Angeles. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and English Literature from the University of Southern California.
