Kshitij Singhal

Kshitij (Kay) Singhal has extensive experience in the field of IT solutions and delivery. Kshitij (Kay) currently works at Blue Shield of California as an IT Solutions and Delivery Lead since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Production Assurance Manager at the same company from April 2013 to October 2020.

Before joining Blue Shield of California, Kshitij worked at Cognizant as a Senior Manager - Delivery from October 2011 to August 2014. Kshitij (Kay) managed large engagements with P&L responsibilities and ensured seamless delivery of services across various tiers.

From February 2009 to September 2011, Kshitij served as a Technology Leader at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. In this role, they managed major technology infrastructure portfolios and provided technical leadership for architect hosting solutions.

Prior to NBCUniversal Media, Kshitij worked at Merrill Lynch as an Integration Architect and Solutions Lead from November 2007 to February 2009. Kshitij (Kay) designed and implemented solutions for online portals catering to key financial advisors.

Kshitij's career also includes a role as Lead - Web Infrastructure Technologies at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from September 2005 to November 2007. Kshitij (Kay) provided technical leadership and support for the company's critical on-air web infrastructure.

Before joining NBCUniversal Media, Kshitij worked at CSC as an Application Packaging Leader from May 2003 to July 2005. Kshitij (Kay) led the setup and operations of an application packaging factory for the US and UK customers.

Kshitij's early experience includes the role of Web Infrastructure Leader at Tech Mahindra, where they supported Merrill Lynch, and the position of Project Manager at Microline India Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for networking various government offices.

Kshitij (Kay) Singhal pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1996 to 2000. Kshitij (Kay) also earned a B.E degree in Electronics from Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn in December 2022 and became a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021.
