Lisa Davis

Lisa Davis serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Movius, Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, and the Blue Shield of California Foundation, showcasing extensive leadership in governance. As the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Blue Shield of California, Lisa leads IT and digital transformation initiatives for a $24 billion nonprofit health plan. Prior to this, Lisa held various senior roles at Intel Corporation, including Vice President and General Manager of Digital Transformation and Scale Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing an $8 billion profit and loss. Lisa's board experience extends to organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and Mirantis, along with advisory roles in various tech-focused committees. Academically, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University, and completed executive programs at Georgetown University and Stanford University.
