Nate Oubre

Nate Oubre is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in health plan operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Health Plan Operations at Blue Shield of California since November 2021, Nate has also held interim leadership roles focusing on transformation services and customer experience. Prior to this, Nate spent nearly 20 years at Kaiser Permanente, where positions included Vice President of Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program and Charitable Health Coverage as well as Senior Vice President and Service Area Manager for both the East Bay and San Diego Service Areas. Earlier in his career, Nate worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Nate holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a degree from UCLABS.
