Nicole Ridgeway

Nicole Ridgeway is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service integration and project management across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the IT Service Integration Lead at Blue Shield of California since July 2022, Nicole previously held various managerial roles at Centene Corporation, including overseeing Agile scrum teams focused on internal communication and web solutions. With a tenure at Health Net from 1998 to 2016, Nicole managed application solutions and led data analysis efforts while fostering relationships between business and IT stakeholders. Earlier career experiences include roles in group administration at Foundation Health Systems and processing client accounts at Anderson / Bunbury. Nicole holds two associate degrees in Accounting from Heald Business College.
