Patricia Mowlavi

Patricia Mowlavi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as CFO for Promise Health Plan at Blue Shield of California since April 2019, Patricia has also held key roles such as Advisory Board Member at Ventura County Behavioral Health and Interim CFO at Union Station Homeless Services. Previous positions include CFO at Gold Coast Health Plan and Sr. Director of Finance/Controller at L.A. Care Health Plan. Patricia's career began at Blue Shield of California, where Patricia worked for a decade in finance leadership roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from California Lutheran University, a BA in Economics from the University of Washington, and certification as a Trained Mindfulness Facilitator from UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center.
