Vinodh Elumalai

Vinodh Elumalai has a strong background in DevOps and release engineering. Vinodh began their career in 2005 as a Developer Struts 2.0 at Citi, where they gained experience in MVC framework and configuration engineering. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Release Engineer, focusing on automation and NPE support. Vinodh then joined Telstra as an SCM Analyst and Infrastructure Admin for a brief period. In 2013, they joined Blue Shield of California as a Senior Associate before moving up to the role of Senior Release Engineer. From 2017 to 2021, they served as a DevOps Engineer - Lead, where they played a significant role in setting up DevOps through automation and defining processes. Currently, they hold the position of DevOps CICD Principal at Blue Shield of California, where they are involved in setting up Kubernetes orchestration and provisioning GitOps models. Vinodh is an expert in CICD processes and has experience with various tools and platforms such as Azure cloud, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Terraform, and Ansible.

Vinodh Elumalai has an education history that includes a Master of Science - MS degree in Technology Management from the University of Arizona, obtained from 2021 to 2023.
