Will Glaser

Will Glaser is the current Director at Blue Shield of California. Prior to this, they were the Founder, CTO & COO of Pandora from November 1999 to January 2005 where they invented the core machine-learning technology and launched the Music Genome Project. From January 1995 to December 2016, Will was a founder and owner of Will Glaser Consulting where they did strategic & management consulting, software & electronics design, and UX & product management for companies such as the US Department of Energy, Wine Simple, Accelerated Pictures, Watt, SoliDDD, Green Start (Mentor), GreenVolts, Five Industries / Outline, Demo Systems, D2M / Kwikset, Minolta Systems Laboratory, WarpSpeed Communications, Librex Computer, KLA Instruments, De La Rue Giori, General Signal / Tau Tron, Space Systems / Loral, and Hewlett-Packard. Will was also the Founder and VP Engineering of Hydra Systems from January 1990 to April 1994 and Senior Systems Engineer at Amtel Video from September 1987 to June 1990.

Will Glaser has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in a rare triple major of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics. Will also attended High School at Head-Royce School.
