Xixi Chaudhuri

Xixi Chaudhuri, PharmD, BCPS has extensive work experience in various roles in the pharmacy field. Xixi is currently employed at Blue Shield of California as the Principal Pharmacist, Formulary Strategy & Pharmacy and Therapeutics. Prior to this, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Clinical Pharmacist, Utilization Management. Xixi also gained experience at InterSystems as a Health IT Pharmacist and at Kaiser Permanente as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Resident. Additionally, Xixi worked at Biotium as a Research Associate.

Xixi Chaudhuri obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry from UCLA. Afterward, they pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the University of California, San Francisco, specializing in Pharmacy. In terms of additional certifications, Xixi Chaudhuri completed the Introduction to Structured Query Language (SQL) course from Coursera in October 2018. They also obtained the Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) certification from the BPS - Board of Pharmacy Specialties in July 2016. Moreover, Xixi Chaudhuri is a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the California Board of Pharmacy since July 2014. Lastly, they obtained Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in October 2010.
